I am trying to enter in a "if statement" and I do not know how to write it. I know how to use the email portion, just not the if statement syntax. Upon form submission or update, I want not email a particular person based on the entry in a checkbox. I am not a programmer and the expression builder is difficult to use.

Form is named: Leads

Field Name: Send_To

Check Box Options: Tim, Rob, Mike
