Email Records Still Not Servicing Rich Text

I was under the impression that the rich text multiline field would support html data sent via email per these instructions:

https://help.creator.zoho.com/Email-Data.html

The RTE does not support the ZC_Content object, nor does the standard multiline filed retain the html of an email subject.

Please update the community on this topic.
