Hi,

   I created a form for a sports registration. It was very easy to do. Here is what I am trying to do:

1. A person goes to our associations website to find the form. I embedded a link on the page.

2. They enter all the info into the form and press enter.

3. Not only does the database get populated, but a copy of the form gets emailed to the person who filled it out, with an additional message, but the treasurer of our association gets a copy as well.

How can I do that?
