Email scripting on success from Embedded link in the web sit

Will a "send email script" work for plublic users data entry in my form when it is embedded or linked to another website.

I have tried this and I can't get it to work. Only time it works is when I am signed into ZOHO and I have my form up, emails notification script works excellent, but If I just close up everything and access my for as a public user not signed into Zoho, I receive no email notifications.

I'm trying to do an automatic email notifcation when a person updates my from or notify me that I have a new update also.
