It would be nice to be able to have variables from your form go in to the subject of the email that is being sent out. We're sending it to a Google Apps email account, and since the subject is always the same, and the person sending is always the same, it groups it in to a single conversation which means that all results of the form and grouped in to one HUGE email conversation.
