EMails not sending and a script error

Since the transition to ZC3 we have been having serious problems with our application. All users are getting a script error when trying to run the form in IE. I finally was able to get a form to work all the way through, but the email that is supposed to go out upon completion successful submission of the form is never sent. Please help!!!!! I haven't made any changes to the application, and it woked fine before the upgrade. I have enabled sharing for support, and the application name is Daily Reports. The form is Daily Grinding Report
