Emails to Hotmail/Outlook are being blocked – IP blacklisted

Hello,

I am using Zoho Mail with the domain ghayatalbahr.com, and I’m unable to send emails to Hotmail/Outlook addresses. The bounce message says that Zoho’s sending IP (199.67.81.1) is on a block list (S3150).

Please help by either switching my account to a clean SMTP IP or contacting Microsoft to delist the current IP.
