Embedded form not loading in https

I embedded my form on my website with a Verisign certificate. It loads in http but not using https. I have done this with other forms and they work. Also, the form loads using FireFox, but not using IE. It doesn't load using Safari on a Mac either. This is the error message I am getting:

Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site. Operation Aborted.
