Embedded Form Views

I've embedded a form view from a Zoho database in a website. I want people to be able to use this form view to register for a program I am running. Do all those who access the form have to be Zoho subscribers (or subscribe to Zoho) or can anyone add data via this link? Do they have to be "users" of my application?
