Embedded Forms and Reports

First, when I tried to register for the Forums I got a message that I already had too many registration attempts. Not sure what that was all about.

Next, when I embed my form, either with the java or iframe, when I access the form through the website the list menus for List View and More Actions disappear taking away the ability to export the list as a report in PDF.

Is there any way to fix this?
