Encoding problem at form definition window

I have inserted notes into my form. The text of the notes contains special characters, like "�, �, ő, etc..
Everything is OK using the on-line interface. But when I open the form definition, the encoding of the notes goes wrong. Looks like when you display an UTF-8 text in an ISO 8859 standard or whatever. If I click on save, all my notes are messed up.

Now I can not use your form definition editor!!!
