Weโd like to request enhancements to the tag filtering and selection capabilities when creating custom views in Zoho Desk.
๐ Current Limitation:
While it is currently possible to create a custom view using tags and status as criteria, the tag field requires manual input, which is prone to error and inconsistency.
The available filters only support "Tag is" and "Tag isnโt" without any way to filter for tickets with empty or no tags or to choose existing tags.

Feature Requests:
Dropdown Menu for Tag Selection:
Please add a dropdown list or multi-select menu to allow users to choose from existing tags rather than typing them manually. This will improve accuracy and speed when creating views.
Add Filter for Empty Tags:
Introduce additional filter options such as: "Tag is empty" and "Tag is not empty"
This will help us identify untagged tickets, ensuring better classification and follow-up.
These enhancements would significantly improve productivity and ticket organization for support teams relying heavily on tags.
