Error adding issue in Issue Manager

Error adding issue in Issue Manager

I am unable to add new issues in Issue Manager. The operation gives me feedback that it has succeeded but if I click on the "Show Log" link I read the following:
Error occurred while executing on success script
Unable to send mail
Invalid Email address found
