error in data display

please help.
I have this application where i have input lots of my data.
There is a tab : which is a form thru which data is inputted.
There is another tab/form : which is the list form, in which the entire data can be seen in table format.

Till now the list form was working fine. Suddenly the data has stopped coming up in the list form. No table, nothing comes up in the list form. The data is still there though, which is evident from the fact that, the data is seen in other forms of my application.

Please help.
