Error loading page after changing field type from Text to Si

Error loading page after changing field type from Text to Si

Hello,

I edited one of my fields under the GUI Editor from Text to Single Select and now it tells me to delete my page. The field name was Team # in my CERT Contact List Application.

Can you help me fix it? I did have data in it already for one record. Maybe that caused the misshap?
