ERROR managing users in my account

Hi

I�m having problems trying to inactivate or delete users form my zoho creator account. Every time I share an app to a user it get�s duplicate in my user list and counting towards the total users I can have.

I tried to delete some of the duplicate entries but for some reason there are some users that I can not delete/deactivate, nothing�

Could someone help me�
