Error message

I am getting a couple errors. one is "The size of the value [ON_SUBMIT_bkp1114008821_bkp751525216_bkp497549134_bkp2070364511_bkp1676065351_bkp1400615122_bkp41728912] of the column [WORKFLOW_NAME] specified in the row [] is more than the maxLength [100] of the column." What does this mean?
