Error message

Unknown column MODIFIED_USER_IP_ADDRESS in the table t_87292000000431015

I have got this error message for the frist time filling in a form with numerical and date data.

I have not changed anything with application. Have swopped between forms and applications being private and publich a few time in the past few hours.
