error on changing a field property

Hi there,

You people are simply great. Thanks for such a great service.

I was trying to change the property of a field from text to lookup. Now, when I am trying to access the application all other forms are available except for the form where I changed the field property. I am getting only blank white space in place of the entire form. I can not delete that form either to create a new form.

What should I do to get the old form with or without modification of the field property?

If it is impossible, then

What should I do to delete the concerned form so that I can prepare the new form again.?

If i delete the form what will happen to the data stored in it ?
