Eventbrite synchronisation to Zoho

Hi there.

I installed the Eventbrite app and it does not appear to be syncing delegates or orders across to my zoho contacts or campaigns.

I've tried reconfiguring and reinstalling the app in order to bring up the syncronisation options, however, Zoho won't provide me with the option to review my syncronisation configuration.

Is there some way of reviewing sync options in order to restore or vsynchronisationtion functionality and options
