Excel date formats

Hi,

I'm trying to import some data from an Excel spreadsheet that contains a Date column.

What format should this column be to import in to Creator?

I can't seem to get it to work.

Also, if I export a Creator Table that contains a Date field can this be exported as a valid Excel date please?
