Excel & PDF Export Formatting

Let me just say that this application is fantastic, thank you!

I have few questions though:

1.
When I export to Excel, the xls file made is so unformatted!
I need to be able to:
a) set column width
b) format the numbers from scientific (e.g 2.129E7) to normal (212,900,000).
c) have the title line (column titles) in different style (e.g. color).

It becomes a hassle for the users to reformat it manually to be able to use it.

2.
Also in PDF scientific numbers and very wide pages create a lot of problem and sometimes makes it totally useless.
