Export data from Zoho Cretor view to Zoho Spreadsheet

I export data from one of my Zoho Creator private views (e.g. Mevi) as a CSV file not requiring login, but Zoho Spreadsheet does not want to accept it through its 'Link external data' feature giving me the message 'Problem in configuring WebData when linking external data'. What an I doing wrong? Thanks for help.
