I have put a form on my website using zoho creator, into which customers can enter data.
Now I would like to export this data to a custom parcel label to print out and send using snail mail,
displaying for instance:

The cursive entries will then change per customer.
I've just started using Zoho, and I have looked around but I couldn't figure out how to load form data and display it.
Does anyone have examples/tutorials?
