Exporting Data

Attempts to download my info as an Excel file keep yielding this error: "Internet Explorer cannot download attach=true/ from creator.zoho.com. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."
How can I download my data into a spreadsheet?
