Exporting data into a document / template

Hi there, I'm hoping you can help.

So, the situation is that I have captured data in my application for a customer - work details, estimates etc, and I want to send them a quotation summarising the work.

That means I need to be able to export certain fields from one record of my database to another document that would then be my quotation letter.

Is there an easy way to do this, using HTML, CSS, PDF or some other means? If not, is there another Zoho App (e.g. Invoices or Reports) that could take data from my Creator app and do what I need?
