Hi Zoho Social team,

I have a problem with Facebook lead gen.

1. In lead forms I have a Fields Mapped to a field that is a Unique field in the CRM and I think this is way I get an error "failed to sync" from Lead Forms, and I don't get the second request from the lead to get back to him. I need to get a notification if a lead leaves a new form to get back to him, I can lose clients because of this.

2. I am not seeing all the Ads, My marketing manager has uploaded a campaign from the Facebook ad manager to Instagram but I am not seeing it in Zoho social and can make lead from Instagram, and the form in Instagram is from Facebook
