"Failed to submit data. Please contact application owner."

"Failed to submit data. Please contact application owner."

I'm using the free version of zoho creater and have created an extremely simple form. However I cannot add any date to my database. When I try to submit the form I get the error message "Failed to submit data. Please contact the application owner"

There are no fancy validations or anything on the form, it's simply a zohocrm look up (I'm using the enterprise edition of zoho crm) and 3 date fields.
