Please, I would appreciate your help on answer this: is ther any feature that can be used as a confirmation to the user via link?

In other words, suppose I have created a kind of subscription form in Zoho Creator and I have embedded it on a web page. I would like to send an E-mail to the new customer asking him to confirm if he really have filled the form in order to avoid fake users.

Is there any feature like this? ",..Hi, we received your form. Please confirm your subscription by clicking this link ..."
