Feature Request: Enable Custom PDF Layout Editor for All Modules (Including Package Slips)
Hello Zoho Community and Product Team,
I am writing to share a suggestion that would significantly enhance the customization capabilities within Zoho Books. We all appreciate the power of the Custom PDF Layouts (the "New" template engine) that allows us to design documents from scratch using HTML or the drag-and-drop builder. It is a fantastic tool for maintaining strict brand guidelines on Invoices and Estimates.
However, I have noticed a limitation that creates a gap in the branding experience for users.
The Current Limitation
While setting up workflows for a client, we discovered that even after the support team enables the "Custom" design option, it is not available for every module.
Why This Matters
Consistency is key for any business. When a company sends a beautifully branded Invoice but a generic default Package Slip, it breaks the visual identity. Users need the freedom to control the look and feel of every single document that leaves the system.
The Proposal
Please extend the "Custom PDF Template Design" feature to ALL modules in Zoho Books.
By allowing us to design templates from scratch for Package Slips and other auxiliary modules, Zoho Books will offer a truly unified branding experience. This would allow partners and business owners to create documents that match the specific requirements of the business without restriction.
