Feedback form integration

Hi,

I'm trying to work out whether the following is possible with Creator.

I'm looking to replace our website feedback form with a Creator form embedded in our page (gathering name, email and their question).

As a lot of our feedback comes from potential clients I want to be able to take the above data, once it's been submitted by our web users, and classify it and assign it to our coaches. So if a feedback form is submitted I want to be able to add things like: Lead Status, Lead Owner, Product, Lead Source, Region, Closed Date.

I took the mini-CRM public database and was trying to amend it to get this to work. But I either only seem to be able to show the whole form (with all the fields) on the embedded page, or just the 3 or 4 fields for the feedback form but then not be able to add in the additional data.

Is it possible to have just the first 3 fields shown on our website but all the available fields show to edit in the Creator database? I tried to put all the above fields in one form and hide the lower fields, but they all seemed to show up on our embedded web page.

If you could let me know if there's a way to do this - in simple terms!, that would be great.
