Crew Form and Timesheet form

The crew form has multiple drop downs, i want to input from a drop down in the timesheet form and it fill in the fields on the rest of the Time sheet form.

Example

Crew Form

(Single Line Field, Crew Number)  "1" 

(Look up Field, Name)  "John Doe"

(Look up Field, Name1) "Jane Doe"

(Look up Field, Name2) "Bob Doe"

Time Sheet Form 

I want to Look use  a Look up Field on Crew Number and have it update the record with all of the fields associated with Crew 1.

does this make sense?  I am new to creator so please bare with me.  I absolutely love zoho and wish I had found it years ago.
