Field input

I'd like to be able to create single-select pulldown fields with a set list of options... BUT with the option to allow me and contributors to add options on the fly.

Example:
Field = City name
Options = Boston, San Francisco, Chicago

Later, while typing in an entry, I'm able to select "Add new City Name" and type in "Miami."
