When I go to edit the fields for a form, the fields are not visiable.  The edit box only has the instructions to drag and drop fields to build form.  When I do, it tells me the field already exists and the new one is duplicate.  See attached screen shot for the form ready for data and the edit screen.

 

How can I view my fields again on a form that needs editing?
