Filter stopped working, users can't view data

I haven't made any changes to my app and this morning none of my users can view their data. 

My form has an 'access' field so each record contains the emails of the zoho users that will be able to see it. Then on the report I use a simple filter that says access contains zoho.loginuserid.

It has worked without problems but this morning for some unknown reason users cannot see any records and I can't figure out what happened since we didn't do any modifications to the app.

1. I am the admin and I can see the records which means the filter is working because the filter also applies to my user.
2. If I remove the filter every user can see every record, but I cannot leave that info exposed.

What am I missing here, why is the filter working for my user, but isn't working for any other user? None of my users can make any sales at the moment because of this.
