Filtering by a field in a related Form

In my TradeMaster (shared to Support), the View "Test reports & Certificates" shows info in Form " test reports" as well as some fields in a related Form "PO_items".

One field from PO_items is "Client".

Now in the resulting View, I can filter by client by using "search" method.

But I now want to create a Form that is already shows only reports of a certain client. I have a practical use for this - to share this View with that client so that they can retrieve test reports and certficates online.

But, it seems I cannot create a View that is filtered by a field in "PO_items" Form.

Is there a workaround for this?
