filtering criteria within an url

Hi,

I tried to apply the advise mentioned in http://forums.zoho.com//viewtopic.php?t=135149 about setting filtering criteria within the url but I cant make it working. Having the example from http://creator.zoho.com/sampleapps/company-details/view/User_View/criteria/Name=James/ I know that it is possible but I don�t know how. Will you please be so kind to find what I�m doing wrong.
