Filtering data by an URL

I am using the filtering data by an url facility as you suggested by the example: http://creator.zoho.com/sampleapps/company-details/view/User_View/criteria/Name=James/
In your example there are filtered all the records that have the field �Name� equal with �James�.

What I need now is to filter the record where the field �Name� contains �James� . Any suggestion?
