We are using Zoho CRM for client management for our MSP. Our technicians are always out in the field so they rely on the Zoho CRM app on their phone to find client information.
We use the Description Information section in Accounts to store passwords and notes related to each client. There is no easy way to locate a specific note or password from the Mobile device without scrolling and hoping you don't miss it. It would be nice to have a way that when you are on an Account Details page on the mobile app, that you could search for a term on that page and be taken directly to it.
The mobile app is also especially difficult to use for editing Account Details for my techs with the new iPhone 6.
