Firellwall access to Zoho from Restricted LAN

Hi

We have firewalled our LAN to block all internet traffic. We need to ALLOW only Zoho services in particular Zoho creator. Our route does not accept domain and thus we need to allow the Zoho IP addresses.

I am not sure what these and and how to go about doing it but a reverse lookup gave this IP, 74.201.154.156, for Zoho creator

Please advise on the correct IP addresses to use and how this can be achieved
