Hi, I created a simple form to collect survey. At one of our vendors, the user cannot submit the form due to firewall. I have told their IT dept to drop the firewall for the form:

However, whenever they click the "Submit" button, the "Please wait" message box will appear and freeze.

Do you know if there's any additional URL that I should drop in the firewall? Is there a specific URL for the "Submit" button?
