I see that others have asked this question but there haven't been any answers.
I need to know how to force Zoho CRM to start a sync and/or where do I set the frequency of syncing?
We also use Zoho CRM To sync with Team Support (used for creating tickets) and this function is working fine - but again, need to be able to increase the frequency of syncing and/or force a sync.
