Form - Add URL Link

At the bottom of one of my forms, I'd like to add an URL to a site that folks could use for reference.

I'm a newb to Creator, but at first glance I'm not seeing any sort of "label" field. I tried the URL field, but that seems oriented towards gathering URLS, not displaying a fixed url.

The Notes field could work, but my link doesn't want to show as a link.

Any ideas?
