Form Creator

I have found creator really useful for short forms but when I try anything large, say 12 fields plus four blocks of nortes it keeps 'forgetting' parts of the notes. For instance one note has three sentences in it. After 'accessing the form' I come back and at least two sentences have been lost.

A marvelous piece of kit. Any help you can give me on this frustrating problem would be much appreciated.
