Form footer button border color needs to be changable...

I am trying to change the color of my Zoho Creator form but have found no way to change the button border color for the "submit" and "reset" buttons. They remain the same dark blue of the default color scheme.

I am under the impression that the form color changing is new to Zoho Creator 3.0. Was this an oversight, or am I overlooking something?
