I'm new to Zoho (as of today), so please be gentle...
I run a graphic design business from home, and I've created a Client Database form without any problems. However I need create a "New Job" form so I can manage the jobs that come in.
One of the most important pieces of information in the New Job form is of course who the client is - so I need a drop-down list that contains all the names from my Client Database form.
Is it possible to extract data from one form to another? I was going to import it as a CSV file, but the drop-down menu didn't show that option, only a box where you type all the items in manually.
I guess ideally I would need them synched-up, so anytime I get a new client, I don't have to re-import the names into the New Job form.
So is there a way to do this? (that won't break my brain?)
