I am going through my existing application and cleaning up some of the Form Names and Form Links to make them more consistent and organized. I was able to change the form name for most of my forms, except for one. On one of the forms, when I click rename, the pop-up window closes, but the link name does not change. If I click the Edit button to change the name again, the form name displays as the new name that I just changed it to.

However, when I click Done, the form name and link do not change. This form has A LOT of workflow scripts associated to it, as this is the core form used in my application, I am wondering if this is causing the issue. Please see steps to recreate below:

Open Form for Edit

Click Three-Dot Menu, click Rename

Enter new names and click rename button.

Once the window closes, the expectation is that the link name and form name change, as they have done for others. But it does not. Names remain the same.

If I open the Rename box again, the name appears as the new name. But if I click Done (to close the Form Builder), but then reopen the form builder. The form name appears as its old name.
