Form results partly not appear anymore in mail and in view

No results in mail/view
Before my form was working well, but now some results do not appear anymore in the view and in the mail. I've put an email notification to user of the form and to myself. In the mail the missing results (5) only display the first letter of the chosen option from the lookup popup. In the view those 5 specific results aren't shown at all.
Cause?
Inbetween I changed a normal popup into a lookup popup and added 2 more lookup popups. However, since some results do not appear in the view and mail anymore, I deleted some lookup popups, but still the results don't appear anymore.
In one of the answers before in the forum, I've noticed that if there are to many popups, results can't be displayed anymore in views
What I used in the form
10 text fields
24 lookup popup fields
1 popup radio field
1 radio field
4 lookup checkbox fields
2 date fields
1 comments field
Did I exceed the maximum for popups? What is the maximum and would there be a difference if I change the lookup popups to 'normal' popups?
I just don't understand why before everything was working fine.
What to do?
