Form script will not load

I am trying to edit the script of one of my forms (specifics below), it will not load no matter what I do, and I have been trying to do it for the last 24 hours. I think it may be because I am trying to link to a cell in another table but may have spelt it wrong, but not really sure. Please help asap.
