form/view names on script tab in edit mode

When I am in 'edit' mode, on the 'script' tab, the form and view names under the 'Select' drop-down menu don't reflect my current form and view names.

For example, in my SoluChem X-ACT app it shows the name for my 'Add_Companies' form as 'Add_Suppliers' in the 'Select' drop-down menu. 'Add_Suppliers' is the name I gave the form when I originally created the app over a year ago. However, I have since changed the form name to 'Add Companies'.

Is there a way to change the form name used for scripting to better reflect the current name of the form?
